I tried to cancel my order a few hours after placing it, as I found a better deal elsewhere. They told me there was nothing they could do for me because cancellations had to be within an hour of ordering.
So instead of saving us both the hassle of them having to process, package, and ship my item (none of which had been done when I tried to cancel my order), they made me wait for the products so I could send them straight back and wait another week (or more) for my refund. It's a ridiculous policy.
Aerie products are fantastic- order it in a month or two. Their systems are having glitches due to Covid and the customer service is pathetic. Don't expect to see your order. I have been a loyal aerie customer for years and will continue to buy from them in the future, but as of right now- trust me, stay away. Literally worst customer service I've ever seen, borderline comical to be honest.

If I could rate 1 star I would. The fact that they would even consider this to be great content is funny. I've considered ending my life multiple times.
Best loungewear and swimsuit ever known
I love their price and their collection. It goes on sale often and you can get nice clothes for a fair price. So far I'm very pleased with all the pieces I got.
Their policy are nice, and their customer service are very nice and answers questions promptly whenever I need help!
I used to struggle finding bra’s that fit for the longest time- atleast until i found aerie. I have the aerie sunnie bra in every color because its the only one that fits me. The quality is spectacular, even in other products such as their leggings. Im definitely glad I found this brand and urge everyone to try their products.
I like ae as a brand and the fact that they use real, unretouched models. However, their customer service is really lacking. I told them I was disappointed with the quality after washing an item once and they told me to go in store to see if the manager would take it back, but that it would be up to them. That's so inconvenient as a customer and does not resolve anything! Secondly, I wanted to take advantage of their BOGO on swimsuits which said in their newsletter that it included new arrivals too. However, it didn't include the one that I wanted when I asked CS why it didn't discount my cart. They don't really go out of their way to do anything for you. It feels like the level of CS you get on depop when transacting with 16 year olds!
Everything I've bought from here has been so pretty! Their stores in malls have a really cute atmosphere to them too, with their cute encouraging messages on the mirrors and such. I also love how they have been so inclusive and diverse with their models for years now.
Their customer service is very nice, some of the nicer ones I've dealt with for sure, they don't sound like bots talking to you at all and are actually helpful!
Appalling.
The website clearly states that Aerie will cover customs and duty fees for French delivery.
This is not the case as I have received in the mail, a bill for customs and duty fees.
Aerie lie.
I have contacted their customer service on numerous occasions. Customer service refuse to take the matter in hand and sort this out directly with FedEx. They refuse to contact FedEx directly, even though I have copied in FedEx to my emails and the address is clearly visible in the scanned documentation.
This should not be my problem.
Sort it out.
Will never purchase from them again.

I had accidentally put in the wrong email on an online order so I did not receive a confirmation email and as it was my first time ordering online I was a bit panicked when the money was gone and I didn’t have a confirmation.
So I called their customer support and almost immediately I had a representative on the line helping me out - I believe her name was Delilah. She was extremely helpful especially since it took three different tries to find my order (due to me not having an account and giving the wrong number). I am not usually one to leave reviews but I was amazing with how quick and effective the help I received was!
My absolute favorite company to buy swimsuits from. Their inclusive ad campaigns and focus on body positivity should be copied by all brands! Excellent quality of clothing as well - always the coziest materials. Highly recommend!
A full month late, my order that was supposed to have free shipping FINALLY arrived, but the delivery person asked me to pay for postage? I refused the product and asked them to send it back, which they didn't do. Aerie refuses to refund the order and now I'm out money with no product.
